Responsibilities
 Provide every client the best client service in the industry
 Ensure accurate and timely packaging of all loans originated by the loan officer
 Organize, compile, and verify loan application information
 Submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval
 Meet critical deadlines Qualifications Requirements
 2- 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge you
Experience working in the mortgage banking industry, familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage          Products
 Knowledge of Encompass or equivalent to include basic computer skills
 Ability to solve practical problems and navigate through a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
 Positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
