We are seeking a Georgia-based lawyer who excels in personal injury litigation to join our growing team. Applicants must possess a proven track record of successfully managing litigation files from start to finish. Candidates will be solely responsible for developing case theories and developing trial strategies.

We provide our professionals the liberty to achieve case objectives without being micromanaged. The selected professional will receive support from a paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, and skilled, veteran personal injury attorneys.

Company benefits include the option to work remotely during typical work hours. Unrestricted paid leave in accordance with the firm's leave policy. In addition, there is a yearly grant to cover Georgia CLE seminars and bar dues. Healthcare insurance including medical, vision, and dental are provided and can extend to family members. A 401k plan with a 3% match is also offered.

$125,000 - $150,000 + Bonuses

• Develop legal strategies and advise clients regarding their best legal interests while serving as the principal contact between the Firm and opposing parties;
• Manage personal injury cases from start to finish. These duties include but are not limited to, frequent client communication, drafting motions, drafting pleadings, analyzing discovery, conducting key case depositions, attending mediations, and assisting with trials; and
• Manage support staff.

• Candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
• Verifiable experience as a successful personal injury litigation attorney is required
