St. Luke's Transitional Care Center's Receptionist compeletes the following tasks in addtion to those assigned while providing exceptional customer service to all coming and leaving from the facility:
- Sort and Deliver Mail
- Manage Phones
- Follow up on Phone Messages
- Greeting & Directing Visitors
- Maintaining Contractor sign in sheet
- Keeping the News Paper list
- Keeping the Lobby & Patio areas clean and tidy
- Keep Fruited water & Pastry tray filled
- Maintaining Room Reservations list for resident family gatherings
- Assisting Administrative Assistant with employee relations
- Assisting with resident activities
- Duties as assigned
