We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development (BD) Coordinator who is passionate and intrigued by the architecture and engineering industry. The Marketing & BD Coordinator executes several essential marketing and business development programs to help position, market and equip Ramaker's BD team to grow revenues. The ability to successfully handle multiple real-time complex projects and drive to creatively deliver for clients (internally and externally) is necessary for this role.

Working in close connection with a small-but-mighty marketing team, this role will support visibility and client relationship management (CRM) efforts, encompassing conferences, tradeshows, and client-facing events. Additionally, collaboration with the broader business development team will involve drafting and tracking proposals/RFPs, researching prospects and opportunities, and creating business development materials in support of group efforts.

We welcome and encourage fresh ideas and value exceptionally strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to help take our events and BD materials to the next level.

This is a hybrid position requiring a presence in the Sauk City, Wisconsin office to be scheduled around business development activities.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Either a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or a related field and 1-5 years of relevant experience or the commensurate amount of experience that demonstrates proficiency in the responsibilities of this position.
  • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and experience with databases, HubSpot preferred
  • Proficiency with MS office products and design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and applications, Wordpress, Web analytics, Google Ads etc.
  • Excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts and information effectively to a wide range of audiences and on a variety of platforms
    Exceptionally strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
