**This role is based out of our Coastal Office in Conway, SC. Role will work out of the Conway, SC Area**
Summary/Objective: Promotes the company mission statement by assisting Project Managers, Superintendents, and other personnel in managing, scheduling, and purchasing for various types of construction projects.
Essential Functions:
- Understand, support, and adhere to Harper safety and quality
- observe and correct violations as they arise on project Purchase materials and equipment with safety and quality in mind.
- Assist Project Manager with daily project
- Expedite material procurement, approval, and delivery as necessary to promote accurate and efficient project construction.
- Prepare and track all necessary
- Obtain required material
- Assist Project Manager with material billing
- Order necessary materials and
- Maintain project files, current drawings, and schedule
- Assist the preparation and submittal of all documentation and records required for change
- Assist in the analysis of cost for extra
- Assist Project Manager in overall coordination of project including Trade Partners.
- Approve receiving
- Build and maintain positive Trade Partner relationships. Identify, pursue, and recover fair compensation for all changes in

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Work Environment: Position affords the opportunity for flexible work from home and the office. Typical office hours. Hours may vary depending on demand. 80% Sitting, 20% Standing or Walking.
Physical Demands:
- This position is required to work in a variety of conditions relative to construction jobsite environments and must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, as assigned.
- Weather and climate conditions will vary throughout the progress of a project and the PE 1 must be able to inspect all ongoing construction activities over the duration of the assigned project.
- This role requires walking over varied terrain, climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting. Lifting requirements vary from minimal loads to heavy; but help is always available with heavier loads.
- Inspection for quality, consistency and completeness of work frequently requires climbing ladders, stairs, and scaffolding.
Travel Required: Travel to/from multiple jobsites, projects, and offices. Little overnight or weekend travel
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Three years of related experience required/preferred.
