Job Description

• 2024School Year
• 30Hours Per Week
• Hours are from 7-10 a.m and 1-4 p.m.
• Days per week: 5
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing based on IEP needs.
• Responsibilities/duties: Assist with getting the student on and off the bus, monitor for safety during bus ride (approx 45 min) and implement behavior supports.Studentis a larger, 16 yr. old, nonverbal female with Autism and can have aggressive behaviors.She wears a vest/harness on the bus.
• Dates are ASAP-EOSY
• Successful experience working with children preferred.
• Possesses a strong belief that all students can learn and be successful in school.
• Demonstrates a mindset that focuses on assets & growth, as opposed to deficits Demonstrated ability to take direction
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and the school community
• Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, walk or stand. The employee may be required to offer physical assistance such as adaptive physical education activities.

Job Requirements

• High school Diploma required.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Behavioral or Classroom Aide Experience.
• We require proof of your valid RBT Certification!

Interview Process

• 1015-minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
