About the Role: Job Title: R&D Tax Associates Key Responsibilities: The R&D Senior Associate is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple R&D client studies from start to finish. The R&D Senior Associate is the main point of contact for clients and is responsible for the execution of all stages of the study. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, but not required. 4+ years’ experience in the tax industry. 2+ years’ R&D project management experience. Desired Qualifications: Calculate federal and state R&D tax credits. Develop study methodologies tailored to each client’s specific needs. Assist with R&D Associate training as requested. Actively solicit referral and references from clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Location: Houston, Texas and Folsom California Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000 – $90,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
