Contract Details:

• Location: Boulder, MT
• Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Variable Shifts (Most commonly evening and midnight shifts)
• Orientation: Two-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Dates TBD)

Requirements:

• Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN)License
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS Certification
• Active CPI Certification
• Background in psychiatric care
• Minimum of 2 years of RNexperience

Job Duties:

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medication protocols and safety measures.
• Monitor patient vital signs, behavior, and response to treatment, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare provider.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients with intellectual disabilities, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to healing and recovery.
• Assist with the coordination of patient care services, including referrals, consultations, and discharge planning.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical rounds, and educational sessions to enhance patient care delivery and professional development.
