Registered Behavioral Tech

Job Description: RBTs are responsible for providing direct care to clients and implementing behavior intervention plans. They work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with other members of the treatment team. RBTs must have excellent communication skills, as they will be working closely with clients and their families. They must be able to explain treatment plans and progress to others in a clear and concise manner. RBTs must have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. They must be able to implement treatment plans accurately and make adjustments as needed based on data collected during each session. It is important for RBTs to maintain a positive attitude when working with clients. Many individuals with developmental disabilities face challenges that can lead to frustration or difficult behaviors.
