Production Assemblers
Cobalt Truck Equipment, a leading custom truck equipment upfitter, is looking to add PRODUCTION ASSEMBLERS to the production teams in all of locations, Nampa ID, Spokane WA, Las Vegas NV, and San Antonio TX. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced team in a rapidly growing industry. The production assembler will work on the production line installing components as part of custom upfitting of service trucks. The production assembler will use a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions, standard procedures and test equipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works proficiently in 1-2 workstations.
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of current/future standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and safety procedures.
- Utilizes assembly tools.
- Completes wiring of components
- Handles sharp cutting tools/objects.
- Completes assigned tasks within allotted time.
- Identifies and promptly communicates problems with quality, processes, materials and equipment.
- Produces minimal waste.
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation.
- Documents work accurately.
- Complies with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The Production Assembler may be subject to standing long hours with repeated bending, lifting (20-50 pounds) and squatting. The Production Assembler must be adept at fine motor skill manipulation with both hands. In addition, the Production Assembler must write, speak, and understand English. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the physical demands and essential functions of this position.
