Stabilit America, one of the nation’s leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of fiberglass reinforced panels, has an immediate opening for an ACCOUNTING MANAGER for our office located in Moscow, TN.  This position will report to the Controller. In this role, you will play an important part in our company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law.

·       The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience.

·       Accounting managers are responsible for preparing and presenting financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. They ensure that these reports adhere to accounting standards and accurately reflect the financial position of the company.

·       Accounting managers conduct financial analysis to assess the company's performance, identify trends, and evaluate financial risks and opportunities.

·       Knowledge of internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain data integrity.

  - Approve and manage daily banking transactions and required reporting.

  -Responsible for all business registrations, and property tax filings;

  -Oversee annual physical inventory and year end closing;

 - Acts as liaison to internal and external auditors by explaining journal entries and

    financial transactions, providing research data and information as requested and answering questions     

    necessary to complete the audit in a timely manner.

 -Provide Tax accountants with the required information for annual corporate/state filings.

  -Aptitude to be detailed-oriented, yet flexible, in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;

  -Demonstrate a strong work ethic with the highest degree of honesty and integrity;

  -Highly skilled with Office 365, with an advanced Excel skillset;

 - Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently as well as excel in a team environment;

 -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5 years’ experience in similar position is required;
