About the Role

As a Field Engineer, you’ll have an opportunity to work directly with customers onsite mostly, and some remotely. You’ll develop valuable customer relationships, identify needs, deploy new and existing technologies, and most importantly help people use technology. You’ll have the opportunity to see a wide range of customer environments and organizations when you are providing onsite support.

Requirements

Is this remote? It requires onsite support in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Do I need a car? No. We provided you with an electric vehicle (EV), a charge card, and can provide a stipend for a home charger.

What other benefits? A doordash weekly stipend. A wide range of field tools. Company phone and laptop.

What if I don’t have all the skills? We will schedule time for you to take technical courses throughout your tenure.

· You have experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

· You’re able to configure and maintain firewalls, switches, wireless access points, physical servers, storage systems (RAID, iSCSI, etc.), UPS.
