Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in a manufacturing setting. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

*There are two shift options: 2nd and 3rd shift Monday through Friday*

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydrualic, and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:
- Technical certification or 2-3 years in a related field preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with controls such as PLC, Servo, etc.
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external contractors.
