Job Description Job Description Due to a promotion, our client is seeking their next Operations Manager for their plant in SE Texas.
We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee day-to-day operations at their state-of-the-art frac sand facility.
With a competitive salary of $150k-$165k plus a 10% bonus, we're targeting professionals ready to step up to Plant Manager within 6-9 months.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a huge plus. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering (or related field), 10+ years in manufacturing/mining, including Wet/Wash Plant operations, and 5+ years of supervisory experience.
