Civil Project Manager job details:

Pay: Up to $120,000/yr.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating/managing civil site work projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Experience with project coordination and working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Job Description

• Formulize cost estimates for construction projects.
• Review and analyze project plans including the scope and sequence and risk factors.
• Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and subcontractors before beginning a project.
• Prepare materials, labor costs, and bid packages before submitting proposals to clients.
• Assist in engineering efforts to optimize costs and prioritize quality.
• Oversee all aspects of the project from scheduling, preparing materials, production, budget, and labor.
• Maintain accurate documents for the project.
• Manage the team completing the project.
