Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SPONSORSHIP SALES COORDINATOR to join our “Be Bold For Jesus Conference” team. This position will be focusing on securing sponsorships for our Christian Conferences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with organizations that align with our values and mission, ensuring successful partnerships that contribute to the overall success of our events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify and Research Potential Sponsors – Evaluate and prioritize potential sponsors based on their alignment with our conference themes and values.
2. Develop and Maintain Relationships – Initiate contact with potential sponsors and build strong relationships. Communicate our conference objectives, benefits, and sponsorship opportunities effectively.
3. Create Compelling Sponsorship Packages – Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive and comprehensive sponsorship packages. Tailor packages to meet the specific needs and goals of potential sponsors.
4. Negotiate Sponsorship Agreements – Secure mutually beneficial contracts with sponsors. Ensure contractual agreements align with BOLD’s policies and values.
5. Coordinate Sponsorship Activation – Work closely with sponsors and collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless integration of sponsors into conference programs.
6. Provide Excellent Customer Service – Making sure to address sponsors inquiries and needs promptly. Foster a positive and supportive experience for sponsors throughout the conference cycle.
· Excellent Communication, Selling and Negotiation skills
· Ability to meet and exceed sponsorship sales goals
· Detail Oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong background in building business relationships
· Ability to maintain client confidentiality
· No Fear in presenting sponsorship opportunities to new leads
· Able to manage leads and follow up with prospects via text, emails, phone calls, etc.
· Team Player that Multi-tasks
· Ability to think outside the box
