Yoga Instructor at Beech Mountain Resort Administration

Beech Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic and experienced yoga instructors to lead our Mile High Yoga classes during the summer season. As a Mile High Yoga Instructor, you will have the opportunity to guide participants through invigorating yoga sessions set against the breathtaking backdrop of Beech Mountain. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in yoga instruction but also possess a warm, encouraging demeanor to create an inclusive and uplifting atmosphere for all participants.

Responsibilities:

Lead Mile High Yoga classes on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer season.

Conduct setup and teardown of equipment for classes.

Provide clear and engaging instruction to participants of varying skill levels.

Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.

Adapt teaching style to accommodate different learning needs and abilities.

Ensure the safety and well-being of participants throughout the class.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yoga area.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 200 hours of yoga teacher training.

1-2 years of teaching experience preferred.

Comfortable leading large classes.

Energetic, motivating, and cheerful demeanor.

Open-minded and adaptable approach to teaching.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work weekends during the summer season.

Reliable and punctual.
