RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE: 

• - Displaying high energy and the desire to work in a fun filled, fast paced environment 

• - Bartending during events at various sites and concession stands, while operating a Point of Sale system

• - Following all policies and procedures when taking and serving beverage orders, pulling and polishing glassware, inventorying alcohol, and accurately recording usage

• - Setting up multiple bars in multiple areas for events

• - Clearly reading and writing various reports and consumption records. 

• - The Toledo Zoo is a drug-free workplace, including marijuana.

 Work schedules include weekdays, weekends, and can include holidays. Must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on your feet, and be outside in winter and summer elements. Applicants must be 21 years of age. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and communication skills and a general knowledge of food and beverage standards.
