Our client, an automotive financing company, is seeking a Wholesale Credit Coordinator to join their team. As a Wholesale Credit Coordinator, you will be part of the Credit Operations Department supporting both MB and Truck teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Wholesale Credit Operations Specialist

Location: Fort Worth, TX (onsite)

Pay Range: $23.50/hr. + Benefits

Duration: 1 year contract with potential of extension. 

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the daily wholesale functions for the Credit Operations Department, focusing on both MB and Truck. This role entails collaborating with team members in the Dealer Credit Department to provide exceptional customer service.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customer service support to dealers, manufacturers, and various departments regarding wholesale accounts and dealer loans. This includes responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
  2. Process new business requests daily, ensuring accuracy and adherence to approved guidelines. Evaluate vehicle or equipment values and initiate funding to the appropriate parties.
  3. Identify and process incoming wholesale and dealer loan payments, accurately posting them in relevant systems.
  4. Review daily wholesale processing reports, resolving any discrepancies and addressing credit balance or unmatched cash situations.
  5. Monitor insurance for wholesale accounts and dealer loans, collecting updated binders and ensuring appropriate coverage.
  6. Track and collect MSOs or titles for designated accounts, releasing them upon full payoff.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • 1 year of Payment Posting and/or Payment Processing experience

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

System/Software Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
