Schedules: 5:00am - 5:30pm and 5:00pm - 5:30am, Mon - Fri, working 10 hours shift on Friday for overtime
Pay: $18/hr.

Job tasks:

  • Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process, including but not limited to mixers, fillers, packaging machines, and conveyor systems.
  • Set up machines according to production requirements, ensuring proper calibration and adherence to product specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet established standards. Troubleshoot and address any issues affecting the quality of the output.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, output quantities, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.
  • Work closely with other team members, including production supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving production processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Qualified candidates will have one year of machine operating experience (preferably with food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience). cGMP or manufacturing experience.
