Hyundai of El Cajon is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dealership Contract Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing various dealership contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Processing: Receive and review dealership contracts for accuracy and completeness.

  2. Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all dealership contracts, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.

  3. Data Entry: Accurately input contract details and related information into the dealership database.

  4. Communication: Liaise with sales, finance, and legal departments to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies in contracts.

  5. Compliance: Ensure that all dealership contracts adhere to legal requirements and company policies.

  6. Customer Service: Assist customers and internal staff with contract-related inquiries and provide support as needed.

  7. Filing and Record-Keeping: File physical and electronic copies of contracts in a systematic manner for future reference.

Qualifications:
