HVAC Assistant Service Manager - Now Hiring

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Service Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in day to day operations and managing the business.

• Create proposals within company guidelines.
• Update current worker order statuses for internal and external customers
• Oversee call board and monitor technician statuses.
• Monitor parts statuses and schedule accordingly
• Dispatch technicians based on call priority and tech skill set
• Interact with vendors and parts department to verify availability of parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work an 8 hour shift M-FR between the hours of 6am to 5pm; flexible with some weekend work.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Industry experience or with a similar trade is a plus
• Dispatch experience is a plus
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
• Possess a high level of adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and manage conflict resolution.
