Data Entry Clerk

Our client, a manufacturer of rubber products is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the Finance department. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Ballston Spa, NY 12020

Pay Range: $19-20 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Performs data entry for multiple departments within office
• Supports Production Team by verifying workorder information
• General office duties as answering phones, welcome visitors, and filing paperwork
• Copying and scanning documents
• Other office tasks and department support when needed

What’s Needed?

• 1-3 years of Data entry experience required
• Strong Attention to detail
• Basic math and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask projects
• Strong Microsoft Office experience in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Quick learner with positive Can-Do attitude
