The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our current services and technologies.
We are looking for application support lead who is experienced handling customer, lead the offshore team, and proactively look in to support tickets.

Role: Application support lead (L2/L3) Must have JAVA/React JS
Experience level: 7+ years of proven track record.
Location: Kohler, Wisconsin (Onsite-Hybrid)

Roles/Responsibilities
Hands on in supporting/leading an application landscape having a ReactJs frontend, Azure API integration and Order Management tools for order processing, that would be the ideal fit.
L2/L3 Technical expert
Offshore team coordination
ITIL support services hands on experience for AVM engagements
Incident/Problem and change management experience.
Daily ticket triaging
Leading MIM processes
Coordinating Change control board meetings for change implementations
Provide governance for the L2/L3 team with periodic customer cadence on WSR/MSR etc
Ecomm tool experience-based opportunity exploration and implementation

Required Qualifications
Skills - ReactJs, working knowledge on APIM (Azure API Management experience), knowledge and understanding on Order Management E-Commerce tools which is usually used by Retailers (ex: CommerceTools or Fluent Commerce or any such tool)
Good clear communication so that this lead can drive the support resolution and standup calls with customer.
Tools knowledge: ServiceNow, JIRA, Jenkins, BitBucket
Must have technical skills: React JS, Node JS, Typescript/Javascript
Good to have Skills: Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Hibernate and Mysql
Additional skills: Azure deployments, Azure Functions, Linux commands, BigCommerce & effective client interaction
