Responsibilities:

Arrive on time to the client and provide assistance as outlined in the care plan with ADL’s and IADL’s such as: medications reminders, meal preparation, transferring, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, running errands, transportation to appointments and overall companionship
Communicate with the administrative staff on a regular basis regarding the effectiveness/appropriateness of the services being provided or any changes or concerns regarding a client’s health
Use good judgment in decision-making and respect confidential matters
Positively represent Connections at Home

Qualifications:

Current driver's license required.
Must be 18 yrs of age or older.
Certification Nursing Assistant is not needed.

Hours:

24-29 hours/week

Schedule:

Some evenings
Some weekends
Work Location:

We serve clients located in their private homes through-out Lancaster County and Willow Valley Communities.
