Hiring: Cooks, Bartenders, Servers, Kitchen Staff, and General Staff

Cook Job Description (Experience is a MUST):

• Prepping various ingredients such as meats and vegetables
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals.
• Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift.
• Maintaining a pantry stock record.
• Rotating stock items as per established procedures.
• Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary.
• Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures.
• Ordering new ingredients as required.

Bartender Job Description (Experience is a MUST):

• Verify the customers’ ages.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Process payment.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits.
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift.
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.

Server Job Description (Experience is Preferred):

• Checking on customers often and suggesting additional items like appetizers and desserts.
• Taking orders for new visitors quickly.
• Writing or printing bills, explaining them to customers, and collecting payments.
• Restocking and replenishing condiments.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and telling management when repairs are needed.
• Emptying trash, mopping floors, and taking care of other routine tasks when needed.
• Making sure that orders are accurate before bringing them to customers.

Kitchen Staff (No Experience Needed):

• Cleaning all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
• Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
• Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
• Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
• Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
• Packaging customers' leftover food upon request.
• Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.

General Staff (No Experience Needed):

• Communicates with guests for transactions, to process registration and complete orders.
• Educates guests on all activities, proper technique and use of equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Educates guests on game play and safety regulations.
• Maintains the daily operation of all games; documents and/or escalates any game operation or effects issues to Retail Manager on Duty.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor troubleshooting of equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the daily operation of games and activities adhere to operating procedure guidelines.
• Outfits participants with correct safety equipment, makes adjustments, and properly instruct guess as needed.
• Ensures the daily operation adheres to operating procedure guidelines.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Assists in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing.
• Performs cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system, registers, and daily reporting.
• Ensures attraction adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Adherence to all standard operating procedures related to the role.
