INBOUND SALES AGENT II

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As the Inbound Sales Agent II, you will assist customers via inbound and outbound calls based on warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns. Your day will consist of helping callers select the best storage space to fit their needs with daily goals centered around courteous, timely, and professional service.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INBOUND SALES AGENT II

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Must be able to work assigned full-time shifts with a flexible schedule
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel)

Experience working in a customer service/sales-based call center environment is a plus. You should also be action-oriented, focused on optimizing work processes, and actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged in your professional development.

WORK SCHEDULE

Our Call Center team operates 7 days a week from 8:00am-11:00pm EST. This position is fully remote!
