What You’ll Do:

• In sales, you’ll engage with customers, showcase our impressive inventory, and guide them through the car-buying process.
• You’ll work closely with our management team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Prior experience in automotive sales is NOT required. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Full-Time Availability: Our commitment to customer service extends beyond regular business hours. You must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Communication Skills: You’ll interact with clients, colleagues, and management, so excellent communication skills are essential.
• Driven and Goal-Oriented: You’re motivated by success and eager to achieve your earning potential.

Compensation and Benefits:

• First-Year Earnings: The sky’s the limit! With our competitive commission structure, you can expect to earn between $60,000 and $100,000 or more in your first year.
