Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in pipe fitting, boiler, repair, equipment, troubleshooting, maintenance, preventative, predictive, operate, and inspect. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing equipment and systems to identify and diagnose issues
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running smoothly
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including pipes, hydraulic or pneumatic systems, and boilers
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including pumps, compressors, and generators
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the safety and efficiency of the manufacturing process
  • Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces or at heights
