Quality Assurance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in conducting quality control tests and inspections.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accurate measurements
- Conduct quality audits to identify any deviations from established procedures and protocols
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor adherence to FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and other relevant quality management systems
- Document all quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols

Experience:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, including quality control methodologies and techniques
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and other tools for quality testing
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from specifications
- Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
