Partners Professional is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper for our client located in Huntington Beach, CA. Direct hire, offering $75K-90K
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
- Preparing and filing financial documents
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Fact-checking accounting data
- Reconciling company accounts
- Processing payroll and tracking payroll data
- Assisting with tax payments and returns
- Working with staff accountants as needed
- Works closely with the company’s CPA consultant
- Assist with Administrative projects as needed
Bookkeeper Requirements:
- 7 or more years of progressive experience in as Bookkeeper
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites, Sage and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree would be a plus
- Background check & Drug screen required
