Accounting Clerk(Temp-Hire) Worksite: Cerritos, CA Schedule: 8:30am-5:15pm Pay: $20 - $23/hr (DOE) A 3PL warehouse is looking for an entry levelaccounting clerk to join the team, this is a great job for an accounting clerk with at least 6 months experience in A/R & A/P. Don't miss this opportunity, send your resume today! Essential functions: Provide Accounting and clerical support. Assist with the date entry of accounts receivables and payables invoices. Assist with job costing entries and reconciliations. Assist with General office filling. Assist with reimbursement to employees. Processing of bank deposits and reconciliation at the end of the month Assist with general office duties including making copies, scanning documents and mailing. Issue and mail checks to Vendors. Perform other duties as directed (including helping Customer Services if needed). Knowledge, Skills & abilities: Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures. Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports. Accuracy and attention to detail. Aptitude for numbers. Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks. Data entry and word processing skills. Well organized. Abe to work independently and work cooperatively with others.
