Administrative Assistant

For this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assist with coordinating and managing the completion of projects.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of project information to all stakeholders.
• Manage Project documentation in Timberline, including contracts, drawings, specifications and change orders.
• Act as liaison between company, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and clients, providing regular updates on project status.
• Address concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with preparing bids and contracts for possible jobs.
• Create Purchase Order and Material List for material needed for jobs.

Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in the role:

• High School diploma.
• Experience in working in a Construction Company is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Honesty, integrity, and strong desire to be successful.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
