We are HIRING for multiple PeopleSoft CRM Developer (2) for one of the largest PA Company. PeopleSoft CRM Developer responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining customized solutions within the PeopleSoft CRM framework and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Required strong programming skills, deep knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM modules.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft developer, with a focus on CRM modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and workflows, preferably in a business environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM system enhancements and customizations.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the PeopleSoft CRM framework to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
  • Customize and configure PeopleSoft CRM modules according to business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to support system testing and resolve any issues identified during the testing phase.
  • Collaborate with system administrators to deploy and maintain CRM system configurations, patches, and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
  • Document technical specifications, design documents, and configuration changes to ensure comprehensive and accurate system documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PeopleSoft CRM features, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
