Pay Rate Starting at : $45,760.00 annually+bonus

What Will You Be Doing?

As our new Accounts Payable Clerk, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers, clients, and company. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our success and yours. Some of your duties will include:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable using a 3-way match system including vendor returns and scraps.
• Identify internal pricing and quantity issues, research vendor invoices, and process any corrections necessary.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies related to invoices.
• Perform weekly/monthly disbursements with checks, wires & ACH, while matching invoices to payment slips and obtaining all signatures necessary.
• Respond to audit inquiries related to the accounts payable department.
• Ability to assist with other projects and tasks

What are we looking for?

• ·High School diploma or equivalent- Some college is strongly preferred.
• 1 year or more of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting experience or equivalent education.
• Expert data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Intermediate to expert Excel skills is a MUST!
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar system is a huge plus.
• Experience working in an industry with physical inventory preferred.
