Senior Accountant needed for account reconciliation for all properties in construction, submit purchase orders and invoices, track construction expenses, change orders and submit to bank monthly in a timely manner. Create and submit invoices to bank for payments on loan. Assist with managing payments of construction invoices, Variance analysis, prepare cash forecasts for all projects under construction.
Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
Proficiency with Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3 years experience and demonstrated knowledge in accounting or financial analysis.
$25-$28/hr
