As a Barista, you'll play a pivotal role in delighting customers with your exceptional service and delectable beverages.

Responsibilities of a Barista:

• Maintain a tidy and inviting environment for guests.
• Create a variety of delightful coffee and tea-based beverages.
• Attend to customer needs with warmth and efficiency.
• Provide menus and handle billing and payments.
• Embody a customer-friendly attitude that leaves a lasting impression.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold excellent communication and teamwork.

Requirements for the Barista Role:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Barista preferable in a Cafe setting.
• A mastery of various coffee machines and brewing techniques and be able to produce high-quality coffee consistently.
• Ability to perform Latte art is a plus.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Access to a smartphone and email for communication.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Own required "uniforms": black and white button-up shirt, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, and black belt.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
