Prior experience making espresso drinks: Late, Mocha, Cappuccino, Espresso, Ice Late, etc. Latte art is a plus
Motivated to learn and grow with the company
Able to work well in a fast paced environment
Provides great customer service
Keep area inviting and clean: inside and out.
