Technology Project Manager


As a Technology Project Manager, you will ensure that we deliver our work on time, on cost, and on quality. In this role, you will work with multiple teams with diverse competencies such as client engineering and network engineers. Our projects are fast-moving, and we need your keen organizational skills to deliver meaningful and impactful results. This position is remote and will require travel nationally up to 50% of the time.


Position Goals

  • Create communication plans and processes.
  • Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
  • Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
  • Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
  • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
  • Work as part of the Project Team, development of scope and schedule for project work
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project process.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and Visions Management’s
  • Ensure data accuracy within management
  • Ensure compliance with all key performance
  • Enhance own professional and personal
  • Meet assigned financial
  • Flags and Communicates Risks.
  • Works with cross-functional teams.
  • Fully understands the life cycle of the project.



Deliverable Role/Responsibilities

  • Manage technical development projects and programs from start to finish, including planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Spearhead ISP Circuit Replacements, ASL Video Interpretation, Maintaining Huddle Rooms.
  • Managing Service Desk and Process for Help Desk
  • Ring Central Account Consolidation
  • Management of iPad Pilot and deployment
  • Spearhead project meetings.
  • Develop, manage and distribute project schedule.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Execute and assist in day-to-day project activities such as re-prioritization, load balancing, and issue tracking.
  • Track progress of projects, identify and mitigate risk, and continually improve our development processes.
  • Evaluate and improve project, process, and organization efficiency.
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders including dashboards, formal documentation, and collaboration with teams.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology project management experience at a technology company
  • Experience managing multiple technical development projects to successful completion.
  • Strong command of software-centered development methods and related project management tools (such as Monday, Salesforce)
  • Comfort in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and projects
  • Desire to improve and modify processes for product development.
  • Must be proficient in Google Workspace Suite (Sheets, Docs), Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheets.
