What Are We Looking For.


A highly motivated individual with the ability to build strong relationships who has a passion and drive to aggressively increase local market shares.**The ideal candidate will be located in Southeast/Southern Territory of Wisconsin**


Job Summary -

The Area Manager is responsible for maximizing market share in their local market by recruiting Custom Builders and educating builders on Wausau Homes product line, business systems and building processes, as well as increasing our share of each builder’s success by ensuring order opportunities are identified and aggressively pursued.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Associate degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in the residential building industry
  • Demonstrated sales experience required
  • Experience reading and discerning blueprints
  • Experience estimating and pricing construction projects
  • Experience using a CRM program; SalesForce a plus
  • Experience using a quoting software strongly preferred
