We are happy to announce that we are working with an awesome school districtthat is looking to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for the remainder of the 23/24 school year!
Position:Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Pine Grove, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement speech and language therapy programs for students.
- Work with individuals or small groups to address munication goals.
- Provide support in the assessment and documentation of students' progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a holistic and effective support system.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
