Position: Talent Consultant 

Location: Honolulu, HI

Experience: Staffing industry or recruiting experience is preferred

Education: High school diploma or GED

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday

Type: Full-time, Direct Hire 

Compensation: $54k-66k/yr PLUS generous commission opportunities 

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Talent Consultant to join our growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

• Source candidates to fill positions in various industries and verticals
• Conduct thorough and detailed candidate screening, vetting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain communications with candidates and provide them with updates
• Provide timely documentation of all recruiting actions
• Receive and create new job orders received from our clients into our internal database
• Turn in weekly/monthly activity reports to management and provide status updates for all orders
• Mentor, train, and provide feedback to employees to ensure a successful placement with our clients
• Navigate client interactions, to intake information and knowledge needed to successfully find a placement

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in talent acquisition across a broad spectrum of functional skill sets both technical and non-technical
• Must have training and/or experience navigating the full life cycle of recruiting
• Ability to demonstrate a strong customer focus and team orientation
• Proficiency with applications including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite and social media
• Must be a critical thinker and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written)
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with others respectfully and follow the company culture values
