A large property management company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing organization. We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Community Director to join our team. This position will travel to multiple communities within approximately an hour of each other to provide administrative leadership and support. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required.

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee overall operation of the communities within territory.
- Manage maintenance teams.
- Rent collection.
- Processing applications.
- Customer service.
- Data entry - Yardi experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
- Prior Affordable Housing experience.
- PA Real Estate license is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and paperwork processing.
- Great customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation - This is a travelling position.
- High School Diploma/GED.
