Location: Topeka, KS
Overview:
As an Assistant Case Manager, you will serve as the liaison between our vendors and our advisors therefore excellent customer service is a must. Our ACM's play a crucial role in assisting their Case Manager by tracking application status and communicating with our life insurance carriers.
What you'll do:
  • Review incoming life applications and delivery requirements
  • Follow up with doctor facilities to expedite the records process
  • Pull, organize, and submit exams and APS records
  • Be the main point of contact when the teams Case Manager is out of office
Experience you'll bring:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
  • Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work
  • PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
Bonus Points:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience related to life insurance and/or medical background
  • Prior experience working in financial services industry
  • Previous customer service experience
