We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

  • Stability Program Project Manager

This role will be based in a P.R. location (South Area of PR) but will provide global support for projects related to the Stability Program and new initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager supporting global projects for stability initiatives must have strong experience applying the Project Management discipline and methodologies to ensure projects are carried out as per established time frames and achieving key milestones within established budgets. The role will operate with minimal supervision, will be expected to identify, and manage all stability projects while also providing recommendations to existing processes. Works with a wide degree of latitude and discretion coordinating with resources across various regions and locations to ensure common results.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Manages project resource needs for the stability program, identifies, and communicates resource/administrative gaps, and works with department management to secure necessary resources to meet project objectives.
  • Consults and works cross functionally to influence and promote change to deliver the successful execution of projects for the stability program.
  • Monitors, tracks, and documents project status and identifies opportunities to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensures company documentation related to projects is maintained and updated for compliance with current regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with project status communications, training, and orientation of key stakeholders, as required.
  • Ability to present project status and findings as required to a variety of levels throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management; PMP Certification is desirable.
  • Proven experience handling mid to large scale projects preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish (written/oral)
  • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of medical devices requirements and best practices
  • Good decision-making, problem-solving ability, and excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to read and understand highly technical material.
  • Competent in use of basic computer packages e.g., Word, Excel, VISIO, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management in the medical device and/or manufacturing industry exposure to mid to large scale projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalence experience
