Senior Technical Program Manager

Overview
We’re looking to add a technical, hands-on, and mission-driven Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM).
In this role, you will work on various complex projects/programs that touch multiple services, functions, and teams. Hence, you are required to keep the big picture in focus while diving into the details, working through unique challenges we face daily. It is a highly leveraged role that aims to improve the quality and velocity of work across cross-functional teams by acting as a “force multiplier.”
The Senior TPM role includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, discussing the technical trade-offs with engineers, and maintaining clear communications across multiple stakeholder groups across the organization. In addition, you will make work repeatable by creating and improving processes where applicable.
In short, you will get things done by bringing clarity out of chaos, diving into the details, and communicating clearly and promptly. In addition, you are good at building relationships, motivating others with vision, and persuading with data. 

Core Responsibilities
·  Collaborate with diverse teams to develop, organize, and execute cross-functional plans for delivering tools / systems / integrations that drive growth.

·  Balance business needs versus technical constraints. Assertively hold all parties accountable to strategic goals.

·  Work with our Directors, Business Leads and Product Managers to coordinate all effort, track/drive the project, and manage the operational implementation process. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs; encourage smart risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit; identify interdependencies between concurrent projects to prevent downstream problems.

·  Understand requirements from Business Leads and Product Managers and guide Nave towards implementing functionality that will help us meet our strategic goals and compliance obligations.

·  Work with the product managers to launch these projects and provide ongoing support as appropriate.

·  Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and provide updates.

·  Assess incoming feature requests and work all teams to determine level of effort.

·  Own progress tracking and reporting on all workstreams. Facilitate meetings and effectively communicate project expectations and deadlines to team members and stakeholders.

·  Set and manage expectations around work that is required to launch and maintain key revenue programs through exceptional communication, kick off meetings and consistent on-time deliverables

·  Strategically and tactfully communicate deliverables, red flags and accountability for next steps with thoughtful timelines, to internal and external stakeholders

·  Understand the tech requirements needed to support delivery of functional and non-functional requirements

·       Ability to comprehend and solve technical issues

·       Ability to participate and contribute to architecture and design sessions

·       General understanding of cloud infrastructure 

·       Proven experience in managing large scale enterprise projects and writing specifications

·       Possess a thorough understanding of software processes (development, configuration, testing, and deployment)

·       Demonstrate maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, leadership skills essential to successful program/project management

·       Possess a thorough understanding of software processes (development, configuration, testing, and deployment)

·       Outstanding communication skills

·       Ability to maintain calm under pressure

·       Ability to gracefully juggle multiple programs at once

·       3+ years of code development experience

·       3+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects

·       Proven track record of developing and refining process

·       Banking experience is a plus

$125,000 - $150,000 year
