Job Title: Customer Service Representatives
Location:  Isabela Puerto Rico 00662 
Normal Business: (HR - 7AM - 7PM) Atlantic time zone.
Pay rate: 13$/hr on W2 With Kelly Benefits  

Job Overview:

• Assisting callers in finishing online applications.
• Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters.
• Reporting problems through an easy online system.
• Responding to written inquiries from claimants and third-party contacts.
• Participating in other activities such as training, attending team meetings, and reviews of internal and external communications.
• Adhering to provided schedules and privacy rules.
• Completing all assigned training as necessary.
• Filling out timesheets.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies.
• Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center experience is required.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
• Experience working with a PC and the Windows operating system is required.
• Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• All personnel will be required to undergo program update training.
• Overtime may be required.
