The Customer Experience CSR will serve customers over the phone, email, and text. The CEX Team Member will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.  You must be comfortable handling dozens of calls and emails per day, qualifying prospects, making notes on Customer Card or Estimates for follow-up sales opportunities, and closing sales. 

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer transactions such as estimates, invoices and credits.
  • Determine and understand customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions to their needs and desires.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Assist contractors via phone, email and text, other locations with overflow calls, and internal team members when needed.
  • When receiving potential leads/prospects ensure they are vetted through the project coordinator department for follow-up and qualification.  

Schedule

  • Schedule is Monday – Friday!   Weekends are yours to enjoy!  
  • Hours between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive wages paid WEEKLY.  Salaried Team Members may work more than 40 hours per week.
  • Hourly Non-Exempt Position with range of $19 - $25.46/hour based on experience with company.

Qualifications

  • Education – High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree Preferred.
