Digital Marketing Sales Representative

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday)

Inspired Energy is an industry leading manufacturer of portable power solutions with the primary focus on design and manufacture of World Class Smart Rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries, chargers, and accessories for Global distribution.

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to assist in Sales & Marketing.

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, creating brand awareness, and driving revenue growth. Primary responsibilities are to identify and connect with potential customers using various digital media platforms.

Primary Objectives:

· Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.

· Digital Content: Content creation, including updates to the company website.

· Solution Presentation: Create and present customized digital marketing proposals that address customers’ specific needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.

· Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships and customer retention.

· Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide customers with the most relevant and effective solutions.

· Collaboration: Work closely with our Engineering and Production team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.

· Represent business in global organizations.

· Work with internal resources to ensure company compliance with regulatory guidelines for communication with product management and development teams to ensure alignment.

· Develop strong and successful marketing strategies for the company products which include planning and implementation.

· Analyze market research, gather consumer data, and create reports for Sales & Marketing.

· Focus on customer acquisition and growing volumes.

· Respond to customer inquiries within 1 working day.

Required Skill Sets

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

· High levels of competence with Windows Systems and MS Office suite.

· High levels of competence with various programs related to graphic design, Marketing, and website development.

· Familiar with Peachtree and/or NetSuite, a plus.

· Familiar with Smart Battery systems a plus.

· Attention to details in all aspects of the position.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Willingness to work independently and as part of a team to support customers and company needs.

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

· Competence to gather data, generate, and present reports for both internal use and for customers.

· Some domestic and international travel required to support Sales.

Education

Minimum 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field with customer technical support and sales activities.

All post-secondary education listed on a Candidate’s application and resume must be verifiable, including but not limited to dates of attendance and degree/diploma awarded. Post-secondary education includes any courses taken through an accredited college or university in pursuit of a degree.
