Assembly 2nd shift

2nd shift openings (but TRAINING ON 1ST SHIFT for first few wks)!

Manpower is partnering with Parker-Hannifin, Sporlan Valve Division here in Washington MO! We are looking to identify dependable people to join their 2nd shift teams at Plant 3. 

2nd shift: Mon-Fri / 2:15pm-10:20pm / $18/hr
(**1st shift training: Mon-Fri / 6:15am-2:20pm)

Paint Line/Elements Dept:
1. Paint Line can be messy at times and requires team members to get their hands dirty. Sporlan can provide aprons/clothing protection, but the nature of the job is messy.
2. Parts come off the line hot - PPE (gloves/sleeves/tools to pull stickers) are provided, but in general, heat is always a part of the job.
3. The job is fast-paced and controlled by either a wheel or a conveyor. This means there is little time until the next part is up.
4. Teamwork is essential in this Dept. The team members work closely together in proximity and rely on each other to complete the job. For the most part, this job does not allow for single-contributor work. Team players are needed.
